The Head of Engagement and Service Marketing will be instrumental in shaping and driving the marketing strategy for our existing block of clients. This role will focus on spreading awareness via marketing programs, campaigns and efforts that will promote customer engagement, service quality, and overall marketing effectiveness to ensure our products and services resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of critical thinking, creativity, and executional excellence to lead our marketing initiatives and cultivate strong client relationships! Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive loyalty marketing engagement and service strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and growth targets. Collaborate with senior leadership, product management, and sales teams to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns that enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Collaborate with Consumer Advocacy team to align the marketing strategy to help drive engagement throughout all journey initiatives. Leverage voice of the consumer and field insights along with research to drive engagement. Assess channel needs, content enhancements and overall marketing strategy. Lead all aspects of the development of core marketing materials, including digital content, email communications, customer service literature, and promotional assets. Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and ensure the company remains competitive. Ensure all marketing activities align with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage the marketing budget, effectively allocating resources to enhance return on investment. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make informed decisions. Create clear work plans, prioritization and regularly reporting on key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve plan. Key Stakeholders

Key partners include Line of Business teams, Marketing, Communications, Compliance, Legal, and Digital teams. This position reports to the Head of Individual Markets Marketing Strategy. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on customer engagement and service marketing within the financial services or insurance industry. Experience in loyalty marketing. Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Experience handling budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact. Strong knowledge of digital marketing and email systems, marketing technology and analytical tools. Strategic problem solver with the ability to work through unstructured problems and develop clear action plans and priorities. Data-driven marketer with expertise in using data to make decisions, drive prioritization and demonstrate impact. Strong presentation skills; effective communicator at all levels of organizations. High energy, self-starter, team-oriented, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit. Service and customer-first orientation. Location

This role is hybrid in our Hudson Yards NY location with 2 days in office. Salary Range

$126,970.00 - $208,600.00. The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation. Our Promise
