Growth Marketing Manager
to take ownership of their lead generation and customer acquisition efforts and help expand their presence in the industry. Role Overview As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement innovative, data-driven marketing strategies to rapidly scale growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, be comfortable with ambiguity, and bring a problem-solving mindset to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. You will collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative marketer to make a measurable impact at a growing startup. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, increase customer acquisition, and grow brand awareness. Oversee the full marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion, nurturing, and retention. Collaborate closely with the CEO & cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company growth objectives. Continuously analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build in-person relationships and expand the brand’s presence. Create campaigns targeting key customer segments, including contractors, construction firms, and industry partners. Lead marketing automation efforts to increase efficiency and streamline workflows. Track and report on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics. Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing technologies. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Growth Strategist, with a successful track record of driving growth in a SaaS or tech environment. Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content creation, and marketing automation). An interest in or familiarity with the construction industry, B2B, or related sectors is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and representing the brand at industry events. Excellent analytical skills with experience in platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects effectively. Fluency in English required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
