The business has gathered strong momentum in the APAC region across their four APAC markets (Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand); having worked with ~50 landlords to certify >150 buildings and 68m+ square feet. Clients include Hines, Swire Properties, Brookfield, Blackstone, Keppel REIT, Frasers, Lendlease, Charter Hall, and GPT Group.

certification program, the first and only rating system for mobile and internet connectivity in buildings which helps landlords assess, improve, benchmark and promote their buildings and
SmartScore,
the smart building certification which helps landlords understand, improve and communicate the user functionality and technological foundations of their buildings. About the role WiredScore is looking for a sharp and engaging Client Success Associate to help strengthen the function and provide value for our clients by building and nurturing relationships with landlords, property managers and agents. Based in our New York office you will be joining our Global Client Success Team, who act as advisors for our clients across the globe and harness WiredScore's unique perspective to ensure the properties we work with are best positioned to serve the needs of today's tenants. If you are driven, creative and interested in being a part of a rapidly evolving proptech industry, we would like to hear from you. What you'll do Drive and maintain long-term relationships with clients throughout the WiredScore Certification process, using enthusiastic communication to demonstrate the value proposition and ultimately maintain high renewal rates with existing clients. Identify growth opportunities within your client portfolio. Design and help implement marketing initiatives by working closely with WiredScore's marketing team to increase value in the product. Grow awareness of WiredScore and its value proposition among landlords, agencies, industry organisations, and other stakeholders by nurturing relationships with these stakeholders. Key attributes: Ability to think in different/new ways to provide value for clients. A self-starter/motivated, can operate independently with minimal prompting. Process driven person, who can take responsibility for delivering high quality outputs on time and can effectively prioritise tasks. Ability to communicate with a broad scope of clients and stakeholders of various levels, and effectively build and nurture positive relationships. Be resourceful: driven to find alternative ways to get things done when there isn’t necessarily a straight forward plan of action. Desired skill set: Proven experience in effectively addressing challenges and strategically approaching tasks. You should demonstrate initiative in identifying and pursuing opportunities to add value. Experience in delivering presentations to clients and effectively managing external stakeholder relationships, with a strong emphasis on strategies aimed at client retention and satisfaction. Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication, effectively articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, both internally within teams and externally with stakeholders. Proven ability to think creatively, offering innovative and alternative approaches to achieve goals effectively. Client Success and real estate experience are desirable, but not mandatory. However, a strong interest in real estate and technology is highly valued. Comfortable working with globally distributed teams and clients, showcasing robust collaboration skills and cultural sensitivity to foster inclusive and effective partnerships. Pay Transparency The annual salary range for this role in the U.S. is from $63,000 to $78,000. For Client Success roles, this range represents the On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes both the base salary and the target for commissions or bonuses. Benefits and potential equity grants are additional forms of compensation not included in this range.
