* Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
* Address customer complaints with integrity and direct unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.
* Guide customers efficiently to the right departments upon their arrival.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience with a multi-line switchboard.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Proficiency in computer and technology use.
* Positive and friendly demeanor, with a drive to continually improve.
* High energy and detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
* Must pass a background check and and pre-employment drug screening.
