Business Analyst

Day to Day: Collaborate with IT and Development teams to implement and maintain Symitar functions throughout the credit union. These tasks help ensure that the Symitar platform is effectively utilized to support the credit unions operations and strategic goals.Tasks:Requirements Gathering:-Gather and document business requirements to facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Project Support:-Assist project managers with task execution, including meeting facilitation, resource follow-ups, and coordination with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).System Configuration:-Configuring the Symitar platform to align with the specific requirements of the credit union, including setting up accounts, processing rules, and workflows. Documentation:-Develop and maintain project documentation, such as business requirements, use cases, and workflow diagrams, leading to a reduction in development cycle time.Testing and Quality Assurance:-Developing and executing test plans to ensure the system functions correctly and meets the specified requirements.Process Improvement:-Continuously evaluating and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
