About the Opportunity: We’re looking for a driven Senior Talent Sourcer to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting the game-changers who will fuel Jerry’s continued success! As a Talent Sourcer, you'll act as a strategic thought partner, working closely with hiring managers and recruiters to identify and attract the highest caliber of talent. You will take on some of our most critical and challenging searches, spanning every corner of the business — from product, engineering, and data science to marketing, legal, and people operations. This is a remote full-time contract position, with opportunities for extension or permanent employment contingent on outstanding performance. Our work culture is demanding and may not suit everyone. How you will make an impact: Source top talent for mid-to-senior level roles across a variety of business functions including product management, software engineering, data science, product design, user research, growth marketing, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations
Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other niche community platforms
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and implement effective sourcing and outreach strategies tailored to specific roles
Identify talent dense companies and industry-leading organizations in order to source top tier candidates from centers of excellence
Who you are: You excel at identifying and attracting top talent by crafting compelling outreach messages and employing innovative methods to find and engage exceptional candidates
You are a high achiever and are always raising the bar for yourself and for those around you
You are as comfortable operating within defined parameters as you are with a high degree of ambiguity
You are highly ambitious and love being challenged with complex talent searches
Ideal profile: 5+ years of experience sourcing top talent, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment across a variety of business functions including technical and non-technical roles
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple searches simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
