Manager, Direct Sourcing , you will lead a team responsible for strategic sourcing and supplier management, driving cost optimization and operational excellence. Responsibilities include executing flawless product launches through effective supplier selection, management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This involves managing the quoting process, ensuring optimal design and service parameters, and proactively addressing potential supply chain challenges. The role also requires gathering market insights and translating them into sourcing actions for financial improvement, leading cost-saving initiatives, and participating in product development discussions. Strong communication skills are essential to present financial performance updates and business needs to stakeholders, as well as to effectively manage supplier relationships and performance, including pricing, issue resolution, and risk mitigation. Finally, this role contributes to process improvement through the development and refinement of supporting tools and systems. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar discipline; 5+ years purchasing experience; High degree of financial and analytical aptitude a must; Excellent influencing and negotiating skills; Exceptionally strong Excel and MS office skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to handle various situations, multiple priorities, changing business needs.
