Our Early Career Project Manager works diligently to complete projects within the scope, budget, and schedule. This key role is responsible for managing the overall client relationship including any technical, financial, or logistical issues that may arise. Our Early Career Project Managers are skilled collaborators who are experts at problem solving and adapting and staying calm under pressure. The Early Career Project Manager coordinates contracts with the clients and subcontractors, manages purchase orders, and oversees all other project-related documents. The professional in this role is responsible for all project financials and subcontractor payments, clearly communicates updates to the client, management, and project team, and attends monthly project review meetings with operations. The Early Career Project Manager develops project specific health and safety plan in coordination with health and safety manager and is responsible for verifying that projects meet required QA/QC compliance as determined by Quality Management Plan. Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management or a related degree is required; Master's Degree preferred PE or equivalent professional license preferred PMP certification preferred 2+ years of experience required; 1+ years of technical task management or Assistant Project Manager experience required. Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively A self-starter who excels in a high-paced work environment and works well independently SALARY RANGE:
$100,000 - $120,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. CULTURE/EEO STATEMENT
