POSITION

Allspring is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Content Manager to join an established, high-performing Digital Content and Platforms team. This role is crucial in transforming our digital marketing efforts to increase speed to market, drive consistency, and enhance technical compliance through effective content management. The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with a deep understanding of content management systems, personalization, governance, and accessibility, with a passion for optimizing digital content and user experiences to achieve impactful results.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Management Systems:

Oversee publication and maintenance of digital content across various channels and optimize content within our CMS and DAM platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance of content to engage target audience.

Content Personalization:

Strategize and enable unique and targeted web experiences using specific data points to deliver tailored preferences and behaviors throughout a user's interaction with digital content.

Content Governance:

Develop and implement content governance workflows and best practices based on existing policies and procedures to maintain quality and relevance of content.

Information Architecture:

Is a subject matter expert in system and web content structure including navigation, information architecture, and taxonomy as a function of marketing technology.

Web Accessibility:

Conduct content audits to ensure website changes comply with web content accessibility guidelines.

Technical Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to digital marketing technology, CMS platforms, content automation, UX/UI, SEO, and accessibility standards.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus in content management, CMS optimization, preferably in financial services industry.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, technology, or related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus in content management.

Proficiency in CMS platforms.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Familiarity with web accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG).

Excellent communications and collaboration skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Can self-solve when faced with an issue.

Exceptional task management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Optimizely/Episerver CMS, SiteImprove, SEMrush, JIRA, Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics tools.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or related fields.

Agile methodology, understanding of scrum.

Adaptable and flexible in changing priorities.

Change Management experience.
