In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting client communication, enhancing brand presence, and optimizing product visibility on platforms such as Amazon. Responsibilities: Support cross-divisional client communication, projects, and deliverables to ensure seamless collaboration and execution. Proactively enhance the client's brand and product presence on Amazon, leveraging innovative strategies to drive visibility and sales. Facilitate effective cross-channel communication internally and externally, including agendas, action items, client updates, and more. Conduct audits of client catalog data to identify opportunities for improvement, enhance SEO, and optimize the customer experience. Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions to ensure smooth business operations. Assist in the creation of client presentations, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monthly/campaign recaps, by providing data analysis and ensuring content accuracy and brand alignment. Utilize BI Analytics and performance dashboards to extract actionable insights, identify areas of opportunity, and drive client performance. Process large data files using Excel and Google Sheets to generate customized reports and provide valuable insights to clients. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline operations and drive efficiency . Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in account management, retail operations, or marketing, preferably within the e-commerce industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI Analytics tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. Proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation and process improvement.
