The annual salary range for this position is $94,900.00-$142,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

As a Public Health, Project Management Support Senior Consultant, you will:
- Assist project leadership with program management of a large scale project while also maintaining the ability to deliver on strategy work for healthcare clients
- Create project plans, define project goals, and set milestones.
- Track project progress towards the project plan and report on milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain the project's master schedule utilizing industry best practices.
- Provide support in developing Program Management Office (PMO) presentations and documentation.
- Perform cross-functional work on an as-needed basis across PMO work streams.
- Collaborate with multiple work streams to track project progress, control scope and assist with engagement financials.
- Develop reports to show progress of schedule tasks, late items, upcoming items, etc. on an as needed basis, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Create agendas and take notes during client meetings when needed.
- Manage the engagement onboarding and offboarding process.
- Collaborate with project leadership and finance to monitor and report on budget and financial wellbeing of the project
- Identify and mitigate projects risks around scope, schedule, and quality, effectively escalating to engagement leadership.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably management consulting experience in the healthcare industry
- organized and detail oriented
- Ability to communicate across diverse teams with wide skillsets and backgrounds
- Ability to work as part of a team and prioritize resources and time effectively
- Experience being flexible in prioritizing and completing tasks
- Experience interacting with senior clients in an organized, knowledgeable, and professional manner that builds trusted relationships
- Experience demonstrating written and verbal communication skills across all levels of business, including experience writing reports and client/public-facing documents as well as communicating complex concepts effectively through Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience with quantitative analysis in Microsoft Excel and/or other analytical platforms and ability to translate analysis findings
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Master's degree
- 3+ years management consulting experience in the healthcare industry
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Defense, Military Health System, or commercial healthcare
- Comfortable and confident presenting to a variety of audiences
- Veteran of the U.S. Military
