Essential Job Duties:
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
- Gather and empty trash, cardboard, and recycling into dumpsters and cardboard compactor.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, squeegees, and other window cleaning equipment.
- Clean and dust, furniture, walls, ceilings, vents, machines, and equipment.
- Prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
- Steam-clean, shampoo, or extract carpets.
- Move conference room, office furniture, and equipment.

Physical Demands:
- Work heights range from floor to overhead height.
- Can push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds. Two people work together to lift over 60 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three (3) year of experience in directly related cleaning experience, or a combination of experience and education.
- Some supervisory experience is preferred.
- Ability to supervise other custodians; provide meaningful evaluations; provide training where appropriate; operate specialized equipment; maintain appropriate records; and develop and obtain specialized custodial knowledge.
