We are seeking an enthusiastic Compensation Manager to join our Global Total Rewards Team, which is part of our Global People Team. This role will be pivotal in driving our compensation strategies and supporting our rapid growth.

As a Compensation Manager, you will lead the development, execution, and evolution of total rewards programs aligned with our global frameworks and philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
  • Support global compensation programs, including base pay, incentive, and equity programs, ensuring alignment with company philosophy.
  • Collaborate with the Global Compensation and Benefits Team to maintain best practices and employee engagement.


Market Analysis and Job Evaluation:
  • Conduct market pricing analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across various functions and countries.
  • Perform job evaluations to align positions with global market survey benchmarks.


Advisory and Partnership:
  • Partner with the business, People Team, and Talent Acquisition to ensure effective use of compensation data, including job codes, titles, and grades.
  • Advise on compensation-related matters and develop analytical models for compensation projects.


Program Management:
  • Co-lead the annual performance, pay planning, and market analysis processes.
  • Manage regional relationships and contracts with benchmark providers and advisors.
  • Protect and maintain confidential data with the utmost discretion.


Qualifications

Experience and Expertise:
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in compensation design, analysis, and implementation, ideally in a high-growth, global organization.
  • Strong analytics expertise with proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Excel.
  • Experience interpreting and applying local regulatory/statutory compensation requirements.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple time zones.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working with all levels of an organization.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with compensation program harmonization during acquisitions.
  • Fluent in English with excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
