As a Public Health, Strategy Senior Consultant, you will:
  • Proactively assist in delivery of engagement activities and manage completion of deliverables
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, and partner with others to develop deliverables across engagement team
  • Guide client and internal subject matter expert conversations towards effective outcomes
  • Perform technical and process analyses; data collection; spreadsheet creation and management
  • Write and develop client-facing and public-facing documents requiring minimal quality review


What You Will Need:
  • 5+ year of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to identify and address client needs and deliver quality results
  • Ability to work as part of a team and prioritize resources and time effectively demonstrating organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to deliver quality content in short time frames for a variety of audiences
  • Experience interacting with senior clients in an organized, knowledgeable, and professional manner that builds trusted relationships
  • Experience providing written and verbal communication across all levels of the business, including experience writing reports and client/public-facing documents as well as communicating complex concepts effectively through Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis in Microsoft Excel and data visualization
  • Experience interacting with high level clients
  • US citizenship required


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Master's degree
  • 5+ year of management consulting experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Defense, Military Health System, or commercial healthcare
  • Veteran of the U.S. Military


The annual salary range for this position is $94,900.00-$142,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
