Our client is a non-profit founded about 50 years ago in DC whose focus is to inspire and build up their community.
Due to a vacancy, they are hiring a Office Administrator that is 100% onsite. Free parking.
This position is temporary and can go permanent for the right candidate depending on performance and fit.
Schedule is Mon-Fri regular business hours of 8a-5p.

Overview of the Office Administrator *****
Set up conference rooms for meetings (chairs, tables, catering, meeting materials, etc.)
Work with property managers on Office maintenance requests.
Ensure breakroom, coffee stations, watercoolers, printers are fully stocked, clean, and organized.
Manage inventory and place supply orders.
Ad hoc projects
Preferred Qualifications for the Office *****
3-5 years of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
