The Accountant will be responsible for managing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This role involves overseeing full-cycle AP/AR processes, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The Accountant will also assist in month-end closings and maintain compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities for the * ***
Manage the full-cycle AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, payment applications, and collections.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of vendor invoices and customer payments.
Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers to the general ledger.
Collaborate with the finance team for month-end and year-end closings.
Prepare AP/AR reports for management and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications Desired for the *****
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience with AP/AR processes.
