Main Responsibilities of the Full Charge Bookkeeper

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will prepare, analyze, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financials for grants and contracts.

Complete monthly bank reconciliations

Maintain comprehensive grant files and collaborate with program managers to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting.

Monitor expenditures, revenues, and budgets, and notify management of any discrepancies.

The Financial Specialist will maintain payroll records, and ensure compliance with tax and benefit regulations.

Assist with month-end closing, audits, and the development of financial policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications of the Full Charge Bookkeeper

Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting

About 5 years of relevant experience
