Litigation Paralegal We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in legal research, and a deep understanding of court procedures and document preparation. This role involves assisting attorneys with case management, drafting legal documents, and maintaining case files. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential. A Paralegal degree or certification, along with prior experience, is preferred. 5 Years experience as a ParalegalExperience in personal injury law preferredPrepare and draft legal documents such as briefs, pleadings discovery, record summaries and sobpoenasPrepare summaries and organize files for discoery and trialAssist with trial preparation, exhibits, binders etc. Provide case management and organization from inceptionAbility to handle sensitive information in a professional mannerState and Federal filing and extensive knowledge of the court systemsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailInteract with clients, visitors and attorneys/staff via phone, email and in-personLitigation Paralegal *
