In the role of User Experience (UX) Designer we'll count on you to: Design intuitive, functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications that support our employees in their work Collaborate with product and engineers to translate business and user goals into innovative design solutions Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions Create and tailor design deliverables, such as wireframes, research decks, and hi-fidelity designs, to best communicate designs to users, engineers, and business partners Ensure design consistency, maintainability, and re-usability across internal applications Ability to effectively translate ideas into requirement and designs providing valuable solutions Preferred Requirements: - Experience designing for native iOS mobile and tablet applications - Experience designing in Figma - Experience with web development - Experience creating and extending a design system - Experience working with Agile development teams - UI Design Skills - Experience with functional QA and or Automated QA - Client and communication skills - Motivated by helping others/communities - Able to handle multiple projects at a time #LI-KV1 Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting the design and development of enterprise level applications following modern software practices An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe HDR is our company.
