As a Cyber Engineer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive system management support, with a focus on the design, specification, integration, and implementation of enterprise-wide management architectures. You will work on complex, distributed networks that encompass multiple classification enclaves, ensuring seamless integration with Department of Defense (DoD) Command and Control (C2) systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and system management, with a deep understanding of network architecture and security protocols. You should be proficient in handling the complexities of large-scale syst ems and capable of delivering robust solutions that meet or exceed stringent DoD requirements. Your role will involve close collaboration with other engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and operation of secure, resilient infrastructures.
Compensation Minimum: $140,000 - $150,000

Skills / Experience Required Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) 1+ years of experience as Senior Cyber Engineer & Cyber Lead supporting a DOD program of similar size and scope 3+ years of hands-on professional experience as Senior Cyber Engineer & Cyber Lead for program/project of similar size and scope Enterprise Systems management services will support implementation, configuration and management of the following technologies (including performance management): Network devices (switches and routers) Server operating systems VMware/Nutanix virtualization infrastructure Server application monitoring VoIP telephony SolarWinds network and server management suites DHCP/DNS/IPAM experience Palo Alto firewall IPS/IDS vRealize Operations & Configuration Manager Modern server series installation, advanced disk subsystem and networking configuration Server disaster recovery Data at Rest protection DoD Host Based Security System (HBSS) DoD Assured Compliance Assessment System (ACAS) Oracle and MS-SQL database Log Management Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Red Seal Applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) Minimum Certifications Required: Server+ or Linux+ Education / Certifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or IT related field CSSP Infrastructure Support CEH or Cloud+ or CySA or PenTest+ or SSCP Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Flexible Spending Accounts 401(k) PTO Paid Paternal leave Tuition reimbursement Paid federal holidays Security Clearance
