Our Fortune 500 client in the technology industry is seeking a Project Manager Non Tech 4 to join their team. As a Project Manager Non Tech 4, you will be part of the Global Strategic Programs team supporting customer and partner acceleration activities, managing various projects and programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Manager Non Tech 4
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr
What's the Job?
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
What's Needed?
8-10 overall years of experience in the field.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required to be eligible for this role. Any project management (PM), scrum, or change management-related accreditations are ideal but not mandatory.
Candidates without cross-organizational experience will not be eligible for the role.
The ideal resume would contain experience working in a large or medium-sized matrixed organization, experience in roles focused on customer experience and customer success methodologies.
Minimum 8-10 years experience with Microsoft Teams, Planner, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.
