Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.
LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.
The client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS).

Responsibilities
Oversight of the construction contract
Ensure agency policies and procedures are being followed
Intervene when necessary to ensure timely completion of project work
Coordination with design team
Aid in resolving design issues should they arise
Review and process Request-for-Information and Information-Bulletins
Oversee safety and security of the site
Track contractor submittals utilizing submittal exchange
Keep agency Area Supervisor informed of progress and issues
Conduct Bi-Weekly project meetings
Complete Bi-Weekly job reports
Create and track Field Orders and Change Orders
Assess impact of change requests or delays on the project schedule and budget
Monitor contractor’s schedule in Primavera P6 to ensure timely completion of project work
Hold monthly scheduling meetings
Review and assist OGS personnel with claim responses or contractor disputes, if necessary
Monthly contractor payment review & tracking of certified payrolls
Ensure compliance with the project specific construction management plan
Oversight of Inspector duties
Coordination with Code Inspection personnel
Complete accident reporting if necessary
Qualifications
Willingness to work inside minimum and maximum security prisons
OSHA 30
Ability to pass criminal background check
Candidate must have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Ability to manage multiple projects
Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a role of Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million, with an extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents
Ability to manage various projects using established controls and procedures
Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, and quality
Experienced coordinating with designers handling any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facility
Full knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application
Valid drivers’ license, dependable transportation and the ability to travel as needed
Proficient with web-based submittal collaboration system
Proficient with project scheduling software (preferably Oracle Primavera)
Cost estimating/negotiating experience
Knowledgeable experience with the Uniform Building Code

Minimum: $95,000 Maximum: $120,000.
The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates’ qualifications and location.
