The College of Business is currently seeking a student to join their team of professionals. The selected candidate will provide support in multi-faceted activities and events for Graduate Business School Admissions & Financial Aid Teams Maintains Student Records for Chapman Financial Aid Office Confirms validity of financial aid documents Provides administrative support for listed Financial Aid programs as needed on a cyclical basis and as directed by supervisor Researches and analyzes complex problems and recommends and implements appropriate solutions Analyzes, processes, inputs, maintains, and secures enrollment information into student records Scan and link documents to student's account on image now system Update student records and check student information using Panther Soft Resolves data inconsistencies in student information system Provide assistance in completing reports and communications Filing, and other clerical duties as requested Delivers excellent and timely customer service to constituents and support units via all mediums, Phone, Zoom, Emails and other electronic means Assist with conducting Financial Aid Presentation either in person or virtually Provides support in multi-faceted activities associated with Financial Aid, Admissions, Orientations and Graduation Assist with the preparation of ID's transfers, Travel Authorizations, Cash Advances, Expense Reports and requisitions Exercises logical thinking and judgment in reviewing student records Performs other related duties as required or as directed The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position Job Category

Students enrolled at FIU, who have been awarded Federal Work Study (FWS) as part of their Financial Aid Award package. Student must be enrolled with a minimum of six (6) credit hours in a course of study leading to a degree or a Financial Aid eligible certificate, during Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. Upon credits decreasing, award being canceled, or graduating, FWS employment must end.
