Competitive Compensation: $21.00 - 24.00 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM (hours may vary). Occasional overtime.

Our showrooms provide an inspiring environment where customers can explore our luxury tiles and slabs.
We are looking for a Warehouse Team Member for the Slab Gallery. This position will be based at our Long Island City, NY showroom, where we specialize in luxury tiles and slabs. The ideal candidate is experienced in inbound/outbound operations, has strong forklift skills, and is customer-focused with a growth mindset. This hands-on leader will have strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative nature.
Crafting Excellence: Responsibilities
Practice and follow all required safety regulations.
Keep equipment, tools, and workspace in clean, safe working conditions.
Safely and efficiently operate a forklift. On and off forklift multiple times per day.
Safely unload containers of slabs as a two-man team.
Inspect and document quality details of inbound materials.
Move slabs safely within the Slab Gallery to support customer viewing appointments.
Safely and accurately load outbound orders.
Become familiar with part numbers and material descriptions.
Perform all duties as assigned by supervisor (including Process Leads).

Basic Qualifications
3 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehousing environment.
Forklift experience.
Ability to communicate effectively for safe slab handling.
High School degree or GED preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
Exposure to SAP or similar operating systems.
Lean manufacturing exposure.

Reports to local Lead Warehouse Team Member.
Secondarily reports to Warehouse Manager.
Frequent contact with showroom staff.
Occasional contact with clients/customers.
Key Requirements
Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Regularly lifting and handling 20-30 pounds, occasionally 50 + pounds.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.

The hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
