How you will make an impact:
Rigid Solutions is a $175M Business Unit within the BioProduction Group, which offers a variety of rigid containment solutions primarily for pharmaceutical customer applications.
Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will support the data analysis and reporting needs of the Rigid Containment Business Unit. This role will report to the Sr Mgr Finance and help provide key data insights and analytical support for business decisions and periodic report outs.
What you will do:
Data consolidation for AOP / QBR / STRAP/ MBR, in a matrixed financial forecast
Build and analyze financials, including monthly and quarterly reporting (revenue, gross margin, OPEX, CAPEX)
Support data analysis for the business, using sophisticated data problem solving
Report financial and business performance against key business metrics
Understand and deploy the best tools / methods to analyze data
Identify and communicate risk & opportunities to manager
Provide detailed risk assessments and improve financial performance by finding opportunities for growth.
Education
A candidate must possess an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or have equivalent experience.
Experience
Minimum of 4+ years of business and Finance experience
Prior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization
Proficient at understanding financial results and conducting detailed analysis
An ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and strong finance skills
Proven understanding of Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis), PowerPoint, and Hyperion is preferred
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
10% domestic/international travel required

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $93,800.00–$140,675.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
