Position Title: Organizational Administrative Support – Damage Prevention

What You'll Do
Responsibilities may include:
Administrates Daily On Time Ticket Reporting
Periodically review contractor data:
Duplicate tickets process
Process Bi-weekly and Semi Monthly Payroll
Generate Monthly Reporting
Daily Distribution On Time Ticket Report
Monthly Accruals
Financials
Monthly QSP Electric Damage Report
Monthly Claims Aging Report
Distribution Locate Contractor Scorecard
Frequent Offender Monthly Tracking
Quarterly Operator Qualification Tracking and Reporting
Required Reporting:
Damage Prevention Department Scorecards
Manager Report
PSCo Placemat
Forecasting Tool
Monthly Corporate Scorecard Report
Support for Service Center Representatives as required
Backup and support for Ticket Screening
Assist in mapping and data base updates.
Monitor daily ticket delivery process
Back up for daily reporting and activities:
Damage Claim Process
Subsurface Utility Engineering Process
Support for Service Center Representatives
Supports Specialty Locate contract activities
Monthly Scorecard
On Time Ticket Reporting
What You'll Bring
Must demonstrate the following abilities:
Prefer 1-2 years in industry related field.
Interpret and communicate gas and electric distribution and transmission field and engineering records
Strong presentational skills
Ability to communicate effectively between Xcel Energy engineering personnel and the excavating community.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Professional to include Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to adapt to specialized software programs.
Capability of gathering and analyzing data for reporting accuracy
General understanding of all associated laws and codes governing Damage Prevention
Must possess and understand engineering and construction practices utilized in the construction of gas and electric distribution and transmission systems.
Must have excellent communication and presentational skills.
General understanding of industry standards, processes and utility practices.

Benefits and Compensation:
PAR offers a comprehensive benefits package including 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Hearing, Prescription, life insurance and disability benefits and generous 401(k) retirement plan matching contribution.
The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $21.00 - 25.00. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
Please note that the compensation information above is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation.

Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $21.00/Yr. - USD $25.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
