in our

Raleigh or Charlotte, NC

office. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with our team on water and wastewater treatment projects for public and private sector clients. Seeking client focused individual with strong technical and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

Management of water and wastewater treatment design projects.

Lead and facilitate engineering design staff.

Work with design team across multiple offices and multiple disciplines to generate detailed design documents for construction plans.

Manage client deadlines and project budgets.

Lead business development activities including collaborating with our team in the marketing of new projects, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.

Required Skills & Required Experience

B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering field or related field.

NC Professional Engineering license.

10+ years’ experience with increasing levels of project responsibilities for private and public sector water and wastewater projects.

Successful track record of maintaining relationships with clients.

Extensive technical experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment plants.

A successful track record of managing projects, including scope, schedule and budget.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
