As a Project Manager for the Maternity Care program in Worcester, MA, you will play a key role in implementing a state grant that aims to enhance maternal health outcomes for Refugee and Immigrant communities. Your responsibilities will include fostering community engagement, developing the doula workforce, facilitating collaboration among multiple partners, and providing educational support. This position offers the opportunity to create evidence-based interventions, work closely with community partners, oversee a diverse team of community health workers, coordinate doula trainings, and foster a cooperative environment among maternity care providers in Worcester. Responsibilities: A Program Manager overseeing the implementation of a grant focused on refugee and immigrant maternity care would have a variety of responsibilities to ensure the program's success.
