Job Description
Richtech Robotics is seeking a qualified administrative assistant to join the team! The administrative assistant's duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct phone calls from customers
· Provide friendly and helpful customer service to our clients via phone and email
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
· Provide information by answering questions and requests on the Director's behalf
· Handle multiple projects
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
· Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
· Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
· Resolve administrative problems
· Provide polite and professional communication
· Conduct data entry
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
· Ability to speak and write in Mandarin Chinese is a must
· A customer service background
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· The ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly, and have excellent follow-through
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
· College degree preferred
