You Will

The Program Office supports the Movement by developing inclusive, innovative, and relevant national programs that fulfill the Girl Scout mission, The teams in this community are responsible for the full lifecycle management of national programs for both youth and adult members. This includes stewardship of the facilitator/volunteer experience, as well as the end-to-end girl experience. The work of this office drives Girl Scout Leadership Experience outcomes that build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place across existing and evolving delivery models. Work includes including development and publication of program content across content areas including outdoor, life skills, entrepreneurship, STEM, global citizenship, travel, and leadership awards; cultivation of national program partnerships; and adult support and training. The teams work closely with all other GSUSA communities to bring an exceptional experience to our members and to ensure a vibrant, sustainably growing movement offering inclusive, innovative programs and partnerships. POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Council Adoption creates an adoption plan, develops processes and supports local council implementation of program and facilitator/volunteer products and contents across 111 Girl Scout councils. The Manager is responsible for the end-to-end process of launching products to councils informed by a cross-functional team of program, volunteer, marketing, merchandise, customer care and membership staff. The Manager is also responsible for serving as a council subject matter expert to the girl and facilitator / volunteer experience teams plus our marketing liaisons, ensuring council needs are considered during the development of all products, from their inception, all the way through execution.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Primary duties of the position Implement the council adoption strategy for all program and facilitator / volunteer content.

Partners with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing, volunteer experience, girl experience, analytics and insights, and legal/risk to drive council adoption, facilitator / volunteer satisfaction and achievement of the GSLE Develop project plan for council communication and adoption of program and volunteer resources, this includes but is not limited to council calls, gsConnect and council newsletters. This includes the management of the program and volunteer teams' integration with Salesforce and the customer care team. Serve as the subject matter expert on program and girl experience when it comes to product adoption.

Salary Range $78,000.00 - $85,000.00 This represents the present low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience. POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
