Summary: The Facility Manager is responsible for store operation, personnel management, financial performance, support of Workforce & Family Services activities, and loss control activities of the facility. Must have valid driver license with personal auto insurance as well as pass background, credit and driver record check.
Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree. Four year Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Four to five years related production/retail management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Provide outstanding customer service.
Effectively manage collections to ensure proper processing and separation of incoming donations, salvage, E-Commerce, E-Cycle, and waste.
Ensure facility maximizes used goods processing through proper application of Production Standards: sorting, preparing, and pricing items for sale. Ensure production goals are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.
Ensure maximum sales performance through prop :::
