OTA is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead and support the planning, execution, and oversight of configuration management, project coordination, and facility operations. This role requires expertise in project management methodologies and configuration management practices, ensuring compliance with standards, maintaining version control, and managing change processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage project lifecycles, and oversee facility and warehouse operations to meet mission objectives.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
Apply configuration management concepts and methodologies equivalent to CompTIA Project+ or similar certification.
Coordinate and audit the Configuration Management Process and host Change Control Boards monthly or as needed
Ensure implementation of the 5-phase change control process across networks and teams
Manage version control and baselines, ensuring all components are classified, tracked, and labeled according to naming conventions
Oversee the Change Control Process, including ad-hoc changes, impact analysis, and ensuring Flight Approval prior to implementation
Maintain accurate Configuration Status Accounting by recording changes between baselines, tracking change request resolutions, and updating documentation
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with change control standards and alignment with planning goals
Provide project management and planning support for training, facilities, and systems operations
Collaborate with project managers at the host base, wing, group, and squadron levels to manage the scope and schedule of projects
Develop and manage project documentation, including milestones, timelines, and funding requirements for 39 IOS training programs (CDRL A005)
Identify and submit requirements in the 39 IOS requirements management system for approval and processing
Coordinate purchases via the Government Purchase Card (GPC) or through resource advisors for contract-based procurement
Required Qualifications
Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
Associates Degree or Approved Equivalent Experience
Minimum of 1 year of project management experiences and duties, related with information operations, cyberspace operations, or information technology.
