Job Description Natus Sensory is in the process of separating from Natus Medical and operating as an independent, stand-alone entity. The Sr. Director of IT is a new position for the Company and will play a major role in setting the Company's IT strategy and vision as an independent company. He will work closely on existing TSA obligations and on plans to separate the entities and IT systems. As the Natus Sensory grows into a stand-alone entity, this role will help meet and resolve cross-functional IT needs by being well versed in industry trends and updated technologies, leads vendor selection processes and negotiates major IT contracts to ensure the best value for the organization. It also collaborates with executive leadership to leverage IT as a business enabler, aligning IT strategies with corporate objectives and driving digital innovation to support business scalability. This position will be responsible for managing employees and third-party contractors and adhering to budgetary needs. It also develops and enforces information technology policies and procedures and manages and provides guidance for all matters related to IT. The Sr. Director of IT reports directly to the CFO and provides regular updates to the executive leadership team on IT strategies, performance, and opportunities for innovation. Specific Responsibilities:

Nearer Term (2025-2026): Monitors the adequacy of TSA services, plans for any modifications. Assists with the implementation of savings targets and efficiencies as agreed with Neuro. Reviews and pre-approves major application and infrastructure changes initiated by Neuro. Leads the implementation of SalesForce at Sensory.

Mid/Longer Term (2027- Onward): Develops, plans, budgets and implements a stand-alone IT roadmap. Evaluates the Company's needs for IT systems and works with senior management to budget and implement appropriate systems. Leads the design and implementation of robust cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring proactive identification, mitigation, and remediation of emerging cyber threats. Provides appropriate support of the technology infrastructure and works with senior management, third parties and others to mitigate that risk. Builds, develops, and retains a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Manages and sets priorities for the design, maintenance development and evaluation of all infrastructure systems and areas, including; network, data, hardware, services, security, etc. Selects and implements suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their benefits. Creates a technology roadmap and long-range plans designed to maintain the cost effectiveness and competitiveness of the company's IT infrastructure. Develops, implements, maintains, and oversees enforcement of IT Infrastructure/Operations policies, procedures, and associated plans. Ensures that systems compliance and policies and procedures are documented and regularly reviewed and updated as appropriate. Coordinates with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and other internal departments with respect to systems audits related to compliance and regulatory matters. Verifies application results by conducting system audits. Maintains current technical knowledge and state-of-the-art practices. Ensures IT systems operation adheres to applicable laws, regulations and best practices. Defines and tracks IT performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence, including system uptime, user satisfaction, cost management, and project delivery timelines.

Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent level of education and experience in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field of study; professional certifications in IT governance, security, or project management (CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP) are preferred. 5+ years of medical device or manufacturing industry experience preferred. At least 10 years of experience and successful track record of IT leadership, execution and delivery. Extensive managerial experience within the following technical environments: Windows Server, Exchange, Microsoft Office, mobile connectivity, virtual private networking, wireless networking, and help desk operations. Proven expertise in managing cloud-based infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure) to ensure scalable and cost-effective IT operations. Proven track record of working closely and collaboratively with Accounting, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Quality, and Risk Management. Experience selecting, implementing, and supporting Enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, PLM). Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations. Knowledge of data centers and end-to-end infrastructure. Experience in leading and managing a very high-quality user support group/function and training. Expertise in promptly and actively detecting, assessing and resolving security vulnerabilities, including emerging threats. Strong communication skills and commitment to thorough documentation. Proven focus on internal customer satisfaction.
