CACI is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer to support a federal government customer in Arlington, VA.

About the Role:

As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer, you will support a federal customer to perform mission-critical functions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will be part of a business process re-engineering team comprised of process analysts, developers, testers, and organizational change agents seeking to re-envision the customer's current implementation of MS Dynamics 365. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert ensuring new/emerging business needs are evaluated, designed, and integrated within the existing instance and align with best practice implementation standards.

Responsibilities include system integrations, custom code development, and 3rd-party application API integration.

Help to develop and drive the standards, development processes, advise on some systems architecture, and design patterns to support IT and business solutions.

Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows

Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls

Responsible for the solution that includes high- and low-level designs, data modeling, data integration, tool configuration, and customizations.

Integrate with third-party systems/applications via APIs

Build reports, dashboards, and views

Administer the instance, including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions

Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate Dynamics capabilities to our clients

Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including needs analysis and system requirements.

Work with IT partners to design, configure, test and deploy changes to CRM database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

Define and refine methodology and standards for setup, design, and implementation of the application or technology to meet the needs of the business and IT customers.

Lead and/or contribute to technical design sessions.

Document overall D365 system design and architecture as and where needed

Required Qualifications:

DHS EOD Eligible

A BA + 10 years’ experience, AA + 12 years’ experience, MA +7 years’ experience or 16 years’ experience

Experience and programming knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms; primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365

Solid SQL skills to including SQL Server Stored Procedures, Triggers, and complex queries

Good Programming skills in C#

XML technology experience such as XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSLT, etc.

Ability to work independently on a complex task with little direction, supervision, and management oversight.

Able to understand the day-to-day operational needs of customers and identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD).

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$102,900 - $216,200
