Position Responsibilities:
The Production Manager will lead, manage, and hire employees to ensure the safe and high-quality production of products for the customer
As a Production Manager, you will lead daily, weekly, and/or monthly review processes to track and reinforce progress against action plans
You will be responsible for the development of a maintenance-centered organizational structure that focuses on equipment uptime and operator feedback to maximize a coordinated, involved team approach to manufacturing
You will actively utilize Lean tools to eliminate waste and implement process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations
Additionally, you will work on building highly effective production teams through team building, establishing a clear communication cadence, and providing ongoing coaching
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree
