Advanced Practice Provider
to join our Urgent Care Team in the Greater Peoria Region in Illinois. Opportunity Details
Limited lab and X-ray on site One 12-hour shift per with requirement to work every 3rd weekend Flexible hours depending upon needs: including days, evenings, and weekends Clinic hours range from 8am-8pm; Express locations are open 365 days per year Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Average patients/day: varies but around 40-45 on average Willingness to work weekends, weekdays, and evenings; schedule will include holidays shared amongst the group No call requirements Be part of a strong, stable, financially-sound and innovative healthcare system Excellent benefits package:
