Global Supply Chain - Subcontract Management - Staff
Leads procurement and supplier delivery execution for metallic build-to-print parts across multiple programs
What You Will Be Doing
Responsible for multiple Build to Print (BTP) airframe suppliers to include cost, delivery, and performance. Prepares bid packages and ensures delivery of parts to the production line. Will be considered a lead for the team and a Peer Reviewer ready to help others.

AeroSCM Basic Qualifications: *Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
*Experience with Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or related field
*Willing to travel up to 30%; Domestic Desired Skills: *Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
*Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
*Risk Management and development of mitigation plans with Suppliers, Supplier Performance Teams, and Internal Customers
*Ability to help train, mentor, and/or guide other SCM team members
*Proficient with Microsoft Office
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills Clearance Level:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position:
