Description
Manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution and delivery. Oversee subcontractors and daily project activities to maintain quality and efficiency. Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to address any issues related to materials or methods. Build and maintain effective and professional on-site relationships with owners, architects, consulting engineers, and other stakeholders. Promote and enforce a safe work environment, practices, and culture throughout the project.
