We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic, with a CDL license, to join our team in Wellington, FL.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting pay is $30.00-$45.00 an hour depending on experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Test, adjust, and repair equipment using diagnostic tools.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise, ensuring high-quality and efficient repairs and completing daily maintenance and repair logs.
  • Move machinery and maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies.
  • Step in as a jetvac/vacex operator for emergency calls or as needed.
  • Provide expertise and support to field personnel and train new employees on safety and work procedures.
  • Serve as the primary source of service and product knowledge and communicate effectively with manufacturing representatives.
  • Provide progress reports to enhance results and employee satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all industry standards, regulations, and laws and stay updated on industry standards, innovations, and new materials.
What We Need from You:
  • A high School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of mechanic experience.
  • 5+ years of heavy-duty truck repair experience.
  • CDL Class A or B is preferred, but not required.
  • ASE certification is preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively and overnight as required.
  • Previous experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and high-pressure pumps; Prior experience in robotics is a plus.
  • Must be able to provide your own tools initially.
  • Proficient in the use of online systems and computer software.
