Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee completion of MDS assessments in compliance with state and federal regulations like a boss.
- Work hand in glove with an interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate documentation and care planning - teamwork makes the dream work, right?
- Conduct thorough resident assessments and maintain comprehensive records like a true pro.

Qualifications:
- Obviously, you're an RN Registered Nurse, but we also like to see MDS experience - you know, someone who has already done a darn good job of acing the tests.
- You're well-versed in MDS 3.0 and the RAI process - like the go-to person for all MDS-related trivia questions.
- You must possess excellent organizational and communication skills - like the calm voice with all the answers in a game show.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is expected - somewhat like a Bruce Lee in healthcare.
- Familiarity with long-term care regulations and reimbursement systems- you know, someone who knows how to navigate around the industry's 'red tape'.
