Position Overview:As a Registered Nurse, you’ll leverage your nursing education and experience to deliver exceptional patient care. You’ll work in collaboration with our dedicated medical team to manage patient care, handle life-threatening situations with confidence, and take on responsibilities that reflect your leadership and nursing expertise. You’ll prioritize, delegate, and evaluate care while promoting a team-centered approach to healthcare. Minimum Qualifications: Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon Experience in either Adult/Geriatric Psychiatry or Medical-Surgical care preferred BLS certification required within three months of hire De-escalation training within 90 days of hire.

What You’ll Do: Provide top-notch nursing care for adult and geriatric patients using the Nursing Process Maintain thorough documentation that meets regulatory and facility standards Lead and participate in patient groups based on program schedules Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes Take charge of your own professional development and clinical competency Use creativity and problem-solving to navigate challenging situations Be prepared to work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills and Competencies: Ability to maintain calm and professionalism in a busy and sometimes stressful environment Strong organizational and prioritization skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient with EMR systems and basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) A problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions Experience in managing aggressive patients therapeutically Join Our Team Today!

Pay Details: 94,000.00 to 114,000.00 per year
