Job Description

Enviva Biomass, a leader in renewable energy future is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join their fast-paced production environment in Epes, AL. As a fast-growing, purpose-driven, global energy company specializing in delivering sustainable wood bioenergy solutions that have become the world's largest producer of sustainable wood pellets.

Shift: Days 7a-7p (4 on / 4 off)

Responsibilities:

Organize a team of technicians actively involved in various craft specialties.
Instruct and offer guidance and directives while being involved in one or more skilled activities.
Possession of exceptional customer service abilities is significant in as having extensive technical knowledge.
Offer suggestion for performance evaluation; oversee the duties of designated crew members.
Carry out diverse skilled activities involving the repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities; designate and monitor personnel's work to complete tasks.
Create and manage work orders, employee time, purchase goods and services, order parts from storeroom.

Qualifications:

Success leading in a skilled trade environment.
Industrial mechanical experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with computerized maintenance management or manual systems required
