Essential Job Functions:
- Audit of payroll for accuracy and adherence to Company policies and provide process improvement suggestions
- Manage Meals and Lodging Allowance (MLA) weekly eligibility of allowance
- Review new start assignments for accuracy; correct as necessary
- Process "completion bonus" calculations for field talent
- Manage and set-up new hires in payroll system (i.e. Great Plains)
- Maintain a high level of communication with health care professionals, clients, recruiters and managers as needed
- Responsible for processors obtaining health care professional timesheets and client approvals
- Process and finalize payroll batches in pay bill system
- Assist in maintaining weekly tax report by divisions
- Communicate with talent for missing timesheets - i.e. texting
- Assists with Cash Application and Accounts Receivable short pays/over pays
- Reconciles data entered in the pay bill system
- Recognize, investigate, and communicate fluctuations in revenue
- Provide approval to invoice exceptions
- Manage approvals on pay only and follow-up for invoicing as appropriate
- Set-up new garnishment orders, gift card entries and "Our Rewards" tax benefits for field talent
- Conduct weekly one to ones, training, continuous evaluations of team members, including annual evaluations and coaching plans
- Manage team workflow/volume and participation in hiring team members
- Help create an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Accounting or 5+ years equivalent experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
- Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members
- Ability to multi-task and delegate responsibilities
- Ability to mentor, motivate and build assigned team/employees
- Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel as required

Pay Range: Base Pay is between $60,000 and $75,000 depending on experience.
