Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete structures. You will work on a variety of projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete for various construction projects.
- Set forms to ensure the correct shape and dimensions of concrete structures.
- Apply finishing techniques to achieve the desired surface texture.
- Repair and maintain existing concrete structures.
- Operate and maintain concrete mixers, tools, and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role.
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
