For more information on MIC, please visit: www.micgrp.com CNC Mill Machinist - Multus Millturn 4-day Monday-Thursday schedule Responsibilities include: • Operates Okuma Multus 5- axis Millturn machine with sub-spindle and lower turret features (experience in newest OSP 500 touch screen controls a must) . • Measure and examine completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers. • Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines. • Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process. • Lay out, measure, and mark metal stock to display placement of cuts. • Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine need for adjustments or repairs. • Maintain proper coolant levels and mixture. • Clean and lubricate machines, tools, and equipment to remove grease, rust, stains, and foreign matter. • Knowledge of GD&T tolerancing The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years or more experience with CNC MIll Machine set-up.
