Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicians for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across different facilities. As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle more specialized and technical aspects of maintenance, including troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and equipment. Responsibilities: Perform Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment. Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems. Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely and efficient manner. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs and inspections Work with supervisors to schedule maintenance and ensure minimal disruption to operations Qualifications: High school Diploma or GED A minimum of 1 year of experience in a maintenance or repair-related filed Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems and equipment. Familiarity with safety protocols and building codes. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
