ERP Analyst

Title : ERP Analyst Location : Richmond, VA Duration : 9 Months Job Description: PeopleSoft Financials Seeking to hire an ERP Analyst to support its PeopleSoft Financials systems, focusing on business analysis, documentation, workflow design, test planning, and training. The analyst will collaborate with technical teams, financial officers, and SMEs to improve system operations and security. Key Responsibilities: Document system changes, configurations, and workflows. Develop test plans, use cases, and perform QA, UAT, and regression testing. Gather business and technical requirements for system enhancements. Create training materials and conduct user training. Collaborate with ISS teams and vendors to align requirements with system design. Participate in functional and system integration testing. Regularly report on project progress and challenges. Required Skills: 5 years of system design/development and process improvement experience. 5 years with PeopleSoft Financials. 5 years in QA, UAT, and regression testing. 5 years creating training materials and conducting training. 3 years documenting workflows.
