Senior Product Manager-Tech, WW Amazon Grocery Job ID: 2808068 | Amazon.com Services LLC Amazon is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Senior Product Manager-Technical to lead the transformation of the Grocery Shopping experience on Amazon. This role leads the charter of personalization for Grocery and focuses on using machine learning and AI to help Amazon Grocery customers build large baskets with ease. You will be responsible for creating innovative experiences that make it trivial for customers to shop for routine items and effortless to discover the rest of their basket. In addition to defining, developing, and driving the long-term strategy and roadmap for the consumer-facing products, you will also be responsible for leading new product ideation and development. A day in the life As a Product Manager, there may not be a typical day. One day you may be presenting to VP/SVP leaders. The next day, you may be deep diving a customer anecdote to find root cause in response to an escalation. What is constant will be the goals that you and your business stakeholders set for your area of ownership. It will be up to you, your tech partners, and business stakeholders to define a path to success. About the team We aim to make it easy for customers to build large baskets and form grocery shopping routines with Amazon. We do so by facilitating effortless navigation of our online grocery stores to help customers find what they are looking for and making it easy to complete shopping missions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in driving product strategy for e-commerce stores, machine learning, and AI-based products Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
