Job Description
HR Generalist/Recruiter
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 hourly.
Location: Houston, TX 77054
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
You won’t want to pass up this opportunity to get your foot in the door as an HR Generalist/Recruiter with an amazing nonprofit organization serving 170 hospitals and healthcare facilities in a 26-county area, including the largest medical center in the world. Responsibilities:
- High volume recruiting.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Once candidates are selected, guide them through the onboarding process, including offering letters, background checks, and compliance requirements.
- Address employee concerns or conflicts, helping mediate or resolve issues in a fair and respectful manner.
- Foster a positive work environment that aligns with the organization’s mission and values.
- Counsel employees on workplace policies, conduct, and performance expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- MUST have previous staffing agency recruitment experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of employee relations experience.
- Looking for a team player and has a sense of urgency
- MS Office products; including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
