Job Summary: Evenflow Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated healthcare staffing recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting healthcare professionals for both clinical and non-clinical roles. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive the right talent to meet their operational needs while maintaining excellent patient care standards. Key Responsibilities:-
Recruitment & Sourcing:
Actively source and recruit candidates for a variety of healthcare positions related to revenue cycle staffing, such as Patient Access, Patient Administration, Charge Management, and Patient Financial Services. Build and maintain a talent pool to meet ongoing and future client staffing needs. Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, and networking. Candidate Screening & Interviews:
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for healthcare revenue cycle roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their staffing needs. Provide guidance to candidates regarding the hiring process, expectations, and compensation. Compliance & Onboarding:
Ensure that candidates meet all compliance requirements, including background checks, credential verification, and other relevant documentation. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure timely placements. Market Research & Strategy:
Stay informed about trends in the healthcare staffing industry to better address client needs and improve recruitment strategies. Qualifications: Education:
A bachelor's degree in human resources, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience:
Previous experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing, with a focus on non-clinical healthcare roles such as healthcare revenue cycle staffing. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related compliance requirements is a plus. Skills:
